this weekend i photographed the first batch of t-shirts with new designs.
gildan shirts, 100% cotton, all size small. the whites feel way less rubbery than darks, the detail is reproduced nicely in both. time will show how they survive washing, sunlight and general wear. care instructions are:
leave for 24 hours before first wash;
wash in cold water, do not bleach, wash separately, inside out;
do not use fabric softener;
dry at normal setting, do not dry clean.
this girl was the very first in the heat press, i was still learning and peeled the freezer paper too fast – it came off with her front right paw(((. she is still very pretty, maybe not for sale, unless someone falls in love with her madly, or as a discount item. pattern based on a Russian folk design.
this one is the first that was sketched, she is very elegant and proud of her stripes. i recently noticed some connotations to the bees, with the striped body + the flower. the flower inspired by Tibetan religious painting.
this is a snow fox girl. she doesn’t look too quiet and peaceful in this size and on contrasting black, but still subtle.
there’s more to come, can’t wait to have daylight to photograph the others!
